In the draw that took place yesterday in Egypt, Simba was drawn against Ahly which will meet between March 29 and 30, this year and the second round game will be played between April 5 and 6.
"We as Simba said at the beginning that we are ready to meet anyone, but we really preferred to meet Petro de Luanda. It was not like that we have fallen to Ahly, it is a team that we have played against many times, especially in the past three months"
This season, Simba met Ahly in the opening match of the African League where the game in Dar es Salaam ended with a 2-2 draw and then the Egyptian game ended with a 1-1 draw.
If it passes this game, Simba will go to meet the winner between TP Mazembe and Petro de Luanda.
