After a 10-day break, Simba players are expected to return to training on Thursday for the preparation of the remaining matches in all competitions this season
The holiday has been long due to the ongoing Afcon 2023 championship in Ivory Coast
Simba head coach Abdelhak Benchikha, who also went on break, ordered all players to return to Dar tomorrow, Wednesday, and ensure that every player attends Mo Simba Arena on Thursday
Winger Willy Onana who returned to Cameroon, said the players have had a good time to evaluate and he believes they will have a better time after returning
"We have used this time to reflect on where we went wrong and where we need to increase our strength and make new plans, soon we will return to the field, I know we will have a new spirit to fight more, the goal is to give the team success," said Onana
And Simba's goalkeeper coach, Dani Cadena, who has returned from Spain, said that they will return better and stronger, the goal being to give joy to Simba's fans
"This time we will be different, some players have been added and those who were there have had time to rest. I think if we come back together we will have great strength and the fans will enjoy their team," said Cadena
