Information and Communication Manager of Simba club Ahmed Ally said the goals for the game against Jwaneng Galaxy is victory
Simba has already arrived in Botswana for the second game of group B in the African Champions League which will be played tomorrow Saturday at 10 pm Tanzania time
Speaking shortly after the team landed in Botswana, Ahmed said they realize the game will be difficult given the results of previous matches
"We have arrived safely in Botswana and today we will make the final preparations for the game against Jwaneng which will be played tomorrow Saturday at 9:00 PM local time in Botswana and Tanzania will be at 10:00 PM"
"We know the game will be difficult but in order to achieve our goals we need to win here. The Jwaneng that we will play against tomorrow is not the one we beat 2-0 two seasons ago, they have changed a lot"
"Jwaneng has just destroyed Wydad at home. In group B, Wydad was the one who was being given the chance to lead the group followed by Simba, Asec and Jwaneng were being given a lower position but they have already surprised Africa by destroying Wydad"
"So the technical bench and the players know how difficult the match is that we are going to play tomorrow, but we have faith in our team and we will go in search of three points," said Ahmed
After the first round matches, Jwaneng is at the top of the standings with three points followed by Asec Mimosas and Simba who drew the first game played at Benjamin Mkapa's stadium. Wydad are trailing with no points
If Simba wins against Jwaneng, they can lead the group, especially if Asec fail to win at home against Wydad, who have lost three matches in a row in all competitions
