The Information and Communication Manager of Simba Ahmed Ally has said that striker Jean Baleke will continue to remain in Msimbazi as he still has a contract with the Reds of Msimbazi
Last week there were rumors on social media claiming that TP Mazembe has informed Simba about the decision to sell the striker in Europe after receiving a good offer
Ahmed has clarified that Simba did not take Baleke from TP Mazembe for free, they paid money so there is a contractual agreement that makes the player their own
"Baleke is still very much in Simba for another time, until now there is no offer from any club asking him"
"We paid TP Mazembe their money according to the agreement we had, he has served his contract only four months so far," said Ahmed
Baleke landed at Simba from TP Mazembe on a one-year loan deal which has an option for Simba to buy the striker directly
With the level he has shown since he landed in Msimbazi in January, it is clear that Simba will make an effort to buy him directly
