The Simba squad has started preparations for the FA cup quarter final game against Ihefu which will be played on Friday in Dar es Salaam
After the game, Simba will head to Mbeya for the Premier League match against Ihefu again which will be played on April 10th at Highland Estate in Mbarali
Simba Assistant Coach Juma Mgunda has said that he expects both matches to be difficult due to the quality of Ihefu Fc, however they are prepared to win
Mgunda has said that they need to create a good environment for themselves to reach the semi-finals of the ASFC and reduce the points gap against Yanga who lead the Premier League before meeting them on April 16th
Simba and Yanga are expected to face each other on in the return match for this season after the previous draw of 1-1 on October 23 last year when they met in Kwa Mkapa.
"After returning from Morocco, we gave the players two days off to get rid of the tiredness of the trip, the team is returning to the camp in preparation for our game against Ihefu"
"The important thing is to respect everyone we meet and it will certainly be 90 minutes for men"
