Honorary President of Simba Billionaire Mohammed Dewji 'Mo' has said the process of transformation will be completed as expected despite with the challenges that have arisen
Mo has said that the process has been delayed because there are people who are hindering it
Mo has said that he knows all those who are obstructing the process and one day he will name them publicly
"I have held a meeting with them, I have warned them that if they continue I will go out in public and I will mention them by name and my fate and theirs will remain in the hands of Simba members," said Mo
Speaking of investment in youth football where Simba recently signed a two-year contract with MobiAd, Mo said the plan is long-term
"Investing in youth is a long-term plan, but there are people who say let's invest in buying players who will succeed quickly but sometimes we fail"
Also due to the challenges that arose in signing new players, Mo said next season they will use a different procedure that will involve local and foreign experts
"I joined Simba with a budget of 2 billion, today our budget next year 2023/24 can reach 20 billion, so the budget has exceeded 10 times in five years, this is a great success"< /p>
"There is a problem, there are mistakes that have been made in the transfer market, we have registered players who do not perform, so this time we are coming with a new system, we are changing the entire scouting system, we will have internal people who will collaborate with external people in professional way," he said
