Chief Executive of Simba Imani Kajula has said his main responsibility is to unite all Simba members to ensure they achieve the club's goals
Kajula has said that he likes Simba members to consider his responsibilities as a coordinator rather than being a leader
Kajula has identified the things he intends to do including building a strong Simba institution that will make the club continue to succeed domestically and internationally
"I am not a CEO, I am a CCO, my job is to unite all. I would like you to consider my job as a coordinator rather than a leader."
"In a special way I am very grateful to Barbara Gonzalez, yesterday she called me, tomorrow we will talk and next Wednesday we will meet to have a good continuation."
"You are the spirit of Simba (members), without you there is no Simba. The first thing is to make sure we improve communication, to make sure we listen to them."
"We will strengthen the branches, just a lot, we will build a sustainable system, in the coming years we will hold a technological conference by involving all people throughout the country."
"We want to win, we must build a better team, but the second task is to build a strong and sustainable institution even if I am not there, there should be someone else to develop it. But also to build a strong brand, we have but to increase the income."
"In the Champions League (men) we want to do well, our women's team has done very well in Africa"
"We have to add other sponsors, one of my jobs is to visit our sponsors."
"The goal of our team is to take the Premier League championship, but the African Champions League to reach the quarter-finals or more. Simba to do better in Africa and improve the youth teams," said Kajula
