Simba Club has announced that the General Election of the club will be held on January 29th 2023
Speaking at a Press Conference earlier today, the Chairman of the Election Committee Boniface Lihamwike said Simba will use own regulations in the election where he also mentioned the positions being contested are;

- Board Member (1)
- Board Members (4)
The other two positions of Board Members will be filled by the Chairman who will be elected by Simba Members to make the number of Board Members up to eight in accordance with the rules
Lihamwike has announced the Schedule of the election;
- December 5-19 to pick up and return the form
- December 20 Review of forms returned within time
- December 22-24 Interview of interested parties who returned the form on time
- December 28 to post the names of approved candidates
- December 29 Receiving objections against Candidates
- January 1-2 Going through objections
- January 3-4 to hear and give a decision on objections
- On January 5, the names of the candidates who met the criteria will be announced
- January 6-28 Campaign – January 29 Election
