Simba Head Coach Juma Mgunda has advised the League Board to provide early information when they suspend players due to various reasons as directed by the rules of operation and management of the league
Mgunda has said that when a coach prepares a plan for an upcoming match, it depends on the players present in the squad
Now when it happens, he is given notice of a player being suspended one day before the match, this disrupts the plans
"I just advise the League Board, when they make their decisions which are correct according to the rules, they should think about us coaches by informing us in advance"
"The committee made decisions since November 04 but the teams are informed two days before a match, this affects our plans," said Mgunda
Earlier today, the league board announced a three match suspension for midfielder Clatous Chama for mistakes made in the game against Yanga on October 23
However, Mgunda said other players are ready for the game against Singida Big Stars which will be played on Wednesday
Mgunda said the players who will be missing are Israel Mwenda and Jimmyson Mwanuke who are injured
Mwenda has already started light training while Mwanuke will return to the squad in two weeks
