Simba Sc Media and Communications Manager Ahmed Ally said they were not happy with the 1-1 draw against Yanga as they needed to win the match
Ahmed said they accepted the results but they are hurt by the fact that they are unable to win matches against Yanga
"In the whole of Africa, there is no team that likes to meet Simba, but here at home, it is different when we meet Yanga. It has reached the point where our opponent are confident to get a draw or win. This is the thing that hurts us the most, but we say their medicine is on the making the day they get into our system they will be in trouble"
"We are telling them to celebrate this draw because it is a result they didn't deserve. Nothing they did on the field today, their players were just jumping. Simba were better from the first minute to the end of the game, we sent them a breath of fire . What ruined our happiness was the draw but the truth is that we outplayed them," said Ahmed
Ahmed also thanked Simba fans for showing up in large numbers on the field to cheer their team
He said despite Simba being away, they were the ones who showed up the most and cheered for the entire duration of the match
