Honorary president of Simba Sc Mohammed Dewji 'Mo' has thanked all those who prayed for him and fought for until he was released by the people who kidnapped him four years ago
October 19 2018 is a day that Mo has kept in his memory as it is the day that the captors held him for nine days
"Four years ago, October 19 2018, I was released by my captors after 9 days of imprisonment. I would like to thank God for giving me another chance to live"
"I would like to thank all those who prayed for me, including my friends, family, Tanzanians, Africans and the world in general. It is because of their prayers that I am alive today. I feel that I have grown better and have something more to offer. I will be forever grateful," Mo wrote on his social media page
