Simba Acting Head Coach Juma Mgunda said his team is ready for the second leg of the Champions League against Nyasa Big Bullets which will be played on Sunday at Benjamin Mkapa Stadium
Speaking at a press conference earlier today, Mgunda said they are determined to achieve the goals given to management this season
"We know that the club has given us goals, so together we have to get there. We are ready to achieve the club's goals"
"In general, me and the technical bench are prepared for tomorrow's game. Let us pray for our players to sleep safely and wake up safely tomorrow to complete their duties," said Mgunda
Mgunda has also noted that they will enter the game against Nyasa Big Bullets cautiously with the memory of last season's results
"Man learns from mistakes (as happened last season), the match ends until the final whistle. The first match in Malawi was the first half, the players realize that, they are ready to fight"
"All the players are ready, whoever will be given the Simba mantle tomorrow, I believe he will represent it well. All the good successes are not for one person. The unity I found, the unity, the spirit that exists in the players and the promise they gave me on the first day, the players know their role I believe they will do well"
