Joseph Kamwendo, who was a former player of the Malawi National Team and is now the coach of the Youth Football Center (Walter Nyamilandu Football Academy) in Malawi, said Simba defenders should be careful on Big Bullets attackers in particular Nigerian Babatunde Adepoju, who has been a bitter thorn for Big Bullets opponents in the Malawi Premier League.
Kamwendo said Simba being a big team with big name players, but he believes the game against Big Bullets will be very competitive because all teams have good squads.
"Simba's defensive line should be more careful by playing with high discipline following instructions of the technical bench because of the quality of the attack line of their opponents, especially Babatunde" p>
"Big Bullets have a strong defensive line, but even Simba has good players and big names. I believe it will be a difficult and competitive match because Simba has already been followed for a long time since they signed Peter Banda," said Kamwendo
He said after CAF released the schedule of the tournament and Big Bullets were scheduled to play against Simba, they have been following them more especially in the league games played recently and the other day's game against Asante Kotoko in Sudan.
"Many times we have been monitoring Simba's matches because of Banda, but after CAF released the schedule, now every match is being monitored, especially the Big Bullets technical bench to see the quality of the 'Msimbazi Reds'," said the former star of TP Mazembe.
He said apart from Banda being mentioned, there are other Simba players namely Pape Sakho (Ghana), Clotous Chama and Mosses Phiri (Zambia) who have been the talk of the town in Malawi
