Holding midfielder of the AS Arta/Solar 7 Club of Djibouti, Cameroonian Alex Song, said Simba squad is made up of many talented players and that if they are putting more effort, they will get a chance to play professional football in a big club
AS Arta/Solar 7 expects to play a friendly match against Simba on September 3, this year, at Benjamin Mkapa Stadium, Dar es Salaam.
Song, who is with the team here in Tanzania, said that he does not know Tanzanian football very well, but he was there at Simba Day and saw how Tanzanians love football and their team.

He said about the Simba players he saw that day when they were playing a friendly match against St. George of Ethiopia, he said they are good and he believes most of them have a chance to play football outside of Africa and that they need to fight and commit themselves.
"I have never followed Tanzanian football, I managed to witness their friendly match against St. George of Ethiopia, what attracted me was to see many fans come out and fill the stadium, this is a sign of Tanzanians' love for their own, but I have seen good players and if they work harder they will get a chance to play football outside of Africa"
"I believe that our ability to play football in Europe is due to listening to those who have surpassed us, to commit ourselves, to follow what the coach gives us as well as to make sure that you value the logo of the jersey that you wear, that is the main reason that has made us successful and play for various clubs in Europe , said Song.
Regarding returning to Africa and playing in the team that participates in the Premier League of Djibouti, he said it is because he wants to continue to leave experience and give lessons to some young players in order to achieve their goals.
"In our region of Africa, there are very few countries where the players come from a football center, most of them do not have the basics of football from the ground up, now my presence here at the AS Arta Solar Club is to give a lesson to the youth and explain to them what how to achieve their goals of playing football like mine," said Song who is in the club with the former star of Chelsea, a citizen of the Ivory Coast, Solomon Kalou.
