Simba Chief Executive officer Barbara Gonzalez said the club has no problem allowing winger Bernard Morrison to join any club but importantly he should follow procedure
Barbara said Morrison still have a contract with Simba so if he finds a team he should inform the team to write requesting a release-letter and they will release him without any problem
Barbara made the statement after Morrison asked for a release-letter so he could join another team
"Of course Morrison asked me to give him a release-letter and I told him no problem he will get one but importantly he should tell the club that wants to sign him to ask and not him. Institutions that communicate and not the player to Institution," said Barbara
Barbara also said that Simba gave Morrison permission to deal with his family problems but they also informed him that they would not extend his contract
"The fact is that Morrison was not in our plans for next season. When we let him go to deal with his family problems we informed him that we would not extend his contract so he need to look for a new team"
Barbara said Morrison is a good player but the decision release him was based on many things
