Simba management has refused to give winger Bernard Morrison a release letter until his contract expires
Reliable information from within Simba is that Morrison whom was given a break, asked the leadership to give him a release letter so that he could join another team
However, Simba refused wanting him to wait for his contract to expire on August 14 this year
In addition Morrison has been told if he has found a team, he should inform them to follow procedures as he still has a contract with Simba
There are reports that Morrison may join Yanga, requesting a release letter to be included in the CAF registration which will close on July 30
